Refund/Exchange Policy 

At Knot Artistry, our goal is to offer our clients high-quality rugs at extremely competitive pricing sourced directly from the manufacturers. We do not offer refunds once the purchase has been made. However, we offer exchanges of equal or greater value. Please review our terms and conditions below. 

Eligibility for Returns/Exchange: To qualify for an exchange, your rug must meet the following criteria: 

  • The rug must be in its original, unused condition and free from damage. 
  • You must initiate the exchange process within 7 days of receiving the rug. 

Return/Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps: 

  • Contact our customer support team at customer.service@knotartistry.com 
    to request a Exchange Authorization (EA) number. You will need to provide your order number and a detailed reason for the exchange. 
  • Once you receive your EA number, securely package the rug in its original packaging or waterproof plastic wrap to prevent damage during transit. 
  • Clearly label the package with the EA number and return address provided by our customer support team. 
  • Ship the rug to the designated return address using a reliable and trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring the shipment for the full value of the rug. 

Exchange Process: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned rug to ensure it meets our exchange eligibility criteria, we will process your rug exchange.

Exceptions: Please note that the following conditions may result in the denial of your exchange: 

  • Rugs returned without a valid EA number. 
  • Rugs that show signs of use, damage, or alterations. 
  • Exchanges initiated after the 7-day exchange window has expired. 

No Returns/Exchanges on Customized Rugs: Customized rugs, including those with specific designs, sizes, or colors chosen by the customer, are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival. 

No Returns/Exchanges on Clearance Goods: Clearance goods are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please carefully consider your purchase of clearance goods before completing your order.
